Our dinner was very good. I'm so glad we decided to stick with our favorite Texas Roadhouse even if we have never eaten at this location before. It was clean and the service was good. Food didn't take long and checking in online made everything very fast for us. Bathrooms were good and everyone looked nice at work. Great food every location I have been to. Texas Roadhouse is my husband's favorite but the families favorite as well.

Service was excellent! They gave me a coupon for a free appetizer after the host who took us to our table found out it was my first time there. Everyone who talked to us was very friendly. Very busy! A little chaotic for me personally but everything was ran very smoothly and the food was great. Would go back

As a meat gutter for over 30 years from Publix and Costco’s, I can tell you Texas roadhouse is the best fresh cut steaks you’ll ever find. now that being said we have been to at least 9 of the Texas roadhouse’s in Florida and the St. Augustine outlet restaurant is by far the best I have ever been to. Carla took care of us and let me tell you what she is awesome I wished everyone was like him not to mention the cooks in the back, they cook the steak properly in a way that I have never had before. It was incredible. The reason this is such a great place is I live beside the Orange Park location, I can walk to it but after 19 attempts to get a good steak there we will drive all the way to St. Augustine, it’s an hour to go to this place. So as you’re traveling here in Northeast Florida, stop by there and you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!

I went to Texas Roadhouse today for lunch to use the coupon, I was given on Veterans Day for a free meal. I ordered the country fried chicken, which is the largest piece of butterfly chicken i've ever seen, country fried and tastes delicious. For my 2 sides. I got both of them as baked potatoes, which are extremely large. I got extra gravy, I got 4 rolls and the cinnamon butter to go with it. It is enough for 2 full meals. And it is one of the best meals I have ever had.

My boyfriend and I just ate here tonight and we had another lovely experience. We personally have never had any issues with any Texas Roadhouse before (which I feel alone speaks volumes). Tonight our server was Ripley and she was amazing. Super kind and quick service. We only sat for maybe 5 minutes waiting for a table and once sat everything was great. The manager Nick even came over just to see how things were and we were happy to have no notes. We always recommend Texas Roadhouse and this location is no exception (: Thank you guys!

On Saturday my Daughter, wife and I shared a pleasant meal together at this establishment. We have had a couple bad experiences with undercooked steaks and the very loud environment in the past but last night was not that case. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very kind hostess although I never caught her name. Once we were seated, Our server Tatianna came over almost right away. She was an amazing server! She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed/ wanted! Our steaks came out perfectly along with the wonderful fresh bread and cinnamon butter. Our drinks remained full and and she remained kind and helpful all throughout our meal. After this experience we will definitely be returning and asking for Tatianna again!
